Job summary

The role involves assisting partners and senior lawyers as well as handling an independent caseload across personal injury, professional malpractice, and commercial litigation matters.

The position is hybrid with flexibility for remote work and offers compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in law with experience handling complex litigation and advising on a range of legal issues.
• Substantive experience in Labor and Employment Law, including counseling on workplace policies, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in providing clear, practical legal advice to clients, including risk assessment and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced research skills, including case law analysis, statutory interpretation, and preparation of well-supported legal arguments.
• Demonstrated negotiation abilities for settlements, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners and senior lawyers in civil litigation matters across Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Williamsport offices.

Compensation commensurate with candidate’s experience.
