Job summary

Scaringi Law, a growing Harrisburg firm, seeks experienced associate attorneys for multiple practice groups including Family, Employment, Business & Corporate, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration. Candidates must be PA Bar members with at least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to manage active caseloads from intake to resolution.

The firm offers a commission-based structure with generous earning potential and a $15,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more listed practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload from intake through resolution.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Courtroom experience, including hearings, conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials, as applicable to your practice area.
• Experience drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, advising clients, and representing clients before courts and administrative agencies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents, arguments, and settlements.
• Advise clients and represent them before courts and administrative agencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and staff.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable outcomes.
