Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Houston seeks a Litigation Associate with 1+ years of experience to join our National Trial Platform. You will own cases across medical malpractice, trucking/transportation, construction, and general liability, with real case ownership and meaningful exposure to trials.

Role

The firm is looking for a Litigation Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its growing Dallas team.

The main areas of interest are:

• Medical Malpractice
• Trucking / Transportation
• Construction Litigation
• General Liability

The firm is also interested in attorneys with experience in:

• Product Liability
• Commercial Litigation
• Insurance Coverage
• Other related civil litigation matters

You do not need experience across every practice area. Strong experience in one or more of the firm's core litigation areas is the priority.

Associates are given significant responsibility and are expected to be actively involved throughout the life of their cases. The firm encourages attorneys to develop genuine ownership of their files while still working collaboratively with partners and the wider team.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to $200,000, depending on experience and background + Bonus

A large number of attorneys regularly achieve the monthly bonus.
