Titus Talent Strategies is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney in Texas to join a growing litigation practice. You will handle cases from assignment through trial, working alongside experienced trial lawyers.

The role offers a diverse caseload across Medical Malpractice, Trucking, General Liability, Products Liability and other civil defense matters, with strong mentorship and room for advancement. Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of civil litigation experience and a desire to develop courtroom

Qualifications

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Preferred: experience with Medical Malpractice, Trucking, General Liability, or Products Liability.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own litigation caseload.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work with clients, insurance carriers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for trial and continue building your courtroom experience.
