Responsibilities

• Manage a full family law caseload from initial consultation through final resolution.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
• Handle a broad range of family law matters, including: divorce, child custody and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, high-conflict custody disputes, high-net-worth asset division, post-decree modifications and enforcement.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Develop strategic case plans in collaboration with attorneys and legal support staff.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by providing compassionate, practical legal guidance.
• Utilize modern legal technology and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Stay current on Arizona family law statutes, case law, and procedural updates.

A well-established and highly respected Arizona family law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from intake through resolution while working remotely with the support of an experienced legal team and a steady flow of high-quality clients.
