Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to inform case strategy.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements in civil disputes, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Handle family law cases from initial consultation through trial, if necessary.
• Guide clients through legal proceedings, such as divorce, seeking child and spousal support, and negotiating child custody.
• Work on cases involving CPS and adoption.
• Handle courtroom hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.

Job Details
