We are a Phoenix family law boutique on the Camelback corridor, and family law is all we do. Every one of our name partners is a Certified Specialist in Family Law through the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a group of roughly 1,500 lawyers nationwide. Our partners have been named Best Lawyers "Lawyer of the Year" in Phoenix for both Family Law and Family Law Mediation, serve as Judges Pro Tem of the Maricopa County Superior Court, and have chaired the Maricopa County Bar Family Law Board and the State Bar's Family Law Advisory Commission. The practice centers on complex divorce, business valuation and community property disputes, premarital agreements, custody and post decree matters, appeals, mediation, arbitration, and parenting coordination.
This is a seat for a lawyer who wants to get genuinely good at family law, not just get through a caseload. You will work directly with partners who teach the CLEs other Arizona family lawyers attend, and one of them sits on the AAML's national mentorship committees, so developing associates is something we take seriously. Expect real responsibility on sophisticated matters: high asset divorces with business valuation questions, contested parenting time, premarital agreements, and appellate work, with hands on drafting, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation. It is a small, focused team where your work is seen, your judgment is developed, and a path toward board certification is part of the conversation.
