Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. seeks an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team in Nevada. This entry-level position provides full training and hands-on litigation experience, courtroom advocacy, and strategic case management.

You will draft pleadings, review case files, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at hearings and trials while maintaining compliance with firm SOPs. Remote work not specified; full-time benefit package applies.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Nevada and in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Motivated self-starter eager to learn and manage a large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in active litigation.
• Review litigation files to determine appropriate action.
• Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and trials, including strategy and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements to protect client interests.
• Maintain compliance with laws and firm procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
