Must be admitted to the Bar in Delaware.

As an Associate, you will partner with our trial lawyers and support them in all aspects of a case before it goes into litigation (pre-suit).

Every associate attorney has the opportunity to progress into a trial litigator role—the highest level at Morgan & Morgan—within a year.

This is a chance to learn the ins and outs of plaintiff-side practice at the largest personal injury firm in the nation, without the immediate pressure of a large personal caseload.
