Javitch Block LLC is seeking a full-time West Virginia Associate Attorney to work remotely from their home office, preferably in Southern West Virginia or Kanawha Valley. The candidate will manage case files to determine the next steps and represent the firm and clients at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and court appearances, with travel as required.

Qualified candidates:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in Creditors’ Rights or Collection fields (preferred).
• Work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Create persuasive communication materials.
• Possess strong investigative skills to uncover facts and causes of action.
• Are self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.
• Have skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education/Training/Experience:

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
• WV license required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
