We are a full-service creditors' rights and real estate legal services firm at both the state and federal level. The Associate Attorney role provides new hires with an opportunity to learn about and familiarize themselves with our various practice areas, as well as demonstrate their ability to meet performance expectations. We are seeking a candidate with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads, to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce accurate and high-quality work product in a fast-paced high volume environment. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. North CarolinaBar Membership is required.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, and includes our benefits package.
Title experience preferred. This position has a remote option but the ideal candidate should reside near Charlotte, NC or Asheville, NC.
