advatixinc is seeking an Associate Attorney in Reno, NV to join a dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of civil litigation experience, with duties spanning case management, drafting, discovery, hearings, and trial support.

Nevada bar in good standing is required, with preference for healthcare law exposure. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, DOE, plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada State Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of Nevada state and federal procedures.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, written discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from pre-trial through trial under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Draft pleadings, motions, written discovery, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and trials as required.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and expert witnesses.
• Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and case-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada State and Federal court rules, deadlines, and procedural requirements.
• Maintain strong client communication while providing high-quality legal representation.

Role: Associate Attorney

Our Client is seeking an Associate Attorney with minimum of 2 years of litigation experience to join a dynamic litigation team in Reno, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cases throughout the litigation process, including drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, attending hearings and depositions, and supporting trial preparation. Experience in medical malpractice defense or healthcare law is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually, DOE + Performance Bonus
