Very Law in downtown Pittsburgh seeks a Pennsylvania-licensed Associate Attorney to join a training-focused, owner-led firm. You will build lasting client relationships, handle cases across multiple practice areas, and participate in a strong development program to own your practice over time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of privately practicing litigation.
• Pennsylvania law license is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake to resolution across multiple practice areas under the supervision of the owner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating zealously and advising with honesty and empathy.
• Develop and execute case strategies based on legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff without unnecessary hierarchy.
• Participate in marketing and networking opportunities that align with practice goals.

What We’re Looking For
