You will manage matters from intake to resolution, serve as a contact for clients, and participate in business development while receiving robust training and mentorship in a supportive firm

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of private-practice litigation experience.
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar License required.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Courtroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload from intake through resolution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
  • Develop and execute case strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
  • Participate in networking and business-development opportunities.
  • Take an active role in the firm's training and professional-development program.
