Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience privately practicing litigation.
• Pennsylvania law license.
• Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw.
• Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues and courts.
• Tenacious advocate with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake to resolution across multiple practice areas.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, zealously advocating and advising.
• Develop and execute case strategies based on legal research.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff without unnecessary hierarchy.
• Participate in marketing and networking opportunities that align with your practice goals.
