Job summary

Prevail Recruiting seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney for a plaintiff-side firm in New York. This on-site role handles cases from intake through resolution, advocating for injured clients and delivering meaningful results.

You will manage a caseload, conduct depositions and court appearances, draft pleadings and motions, negotiate with insurers, and develop trial strategies. Strong writing and client-relations skills are essential, with NY bar in good standing and 4–6+ years PI

Qualifications

• Experience handling plaintiff PI matters from intake to resolution.
• Strong deposition, negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent writing and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy plaintiff PI caseload.
• NY bar in good standing is required.

We are a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for injured clients across New York. We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney who wants to make a real impact while handling meaningful cases from intake through resolution.

This role is on-site 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to maximize case outcomes

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active NY Bar license in good standing
• 4-6+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence matters
• Strong deposition, negotiation, and litigation skills
• Excellent writing, communication, and client management abilities
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
