Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedure.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution/verdict.
• Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Strategize and execute case plans to maximize outcomes for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to firm operations, growth, initiatives, and departmental leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience handling New York Municipal Claims, a proven record of successfully resolving personal injury cases, and demonstrated leadership or management experience overseeing teams or case departments.
