CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a NY-licensed litigation attorney to join a trial-focused plaintiff's firm representing injured clients across New York and New Jersey.
Manage lawsuits from intake to resolution, with opportunities to depose, appear in court, file motions, and negotiate settlements. You should have at least 1 year of litigation experience, strong writing and courtroom abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Are you a litigation attorney looking to build a long-term career representing injured individuals and taking on insurance companies? Whether you're already practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law or you're a motivated prosecutor, Assistant District Attorney, or Assistant State Attorney ready to transition into private practice, we'd like to hear from you.
Our firm has spent more than two decades fighting for accident victims throughout New York and New Jersey. We are a trial-focused plaintiff's firm with a reputation for obtaining substantial verdicts and settlements in catastrophic injury, construction accident, motor vehicle accident, traumatic brain injury, and workplace injury cases. Our attorneys have recovered numerous multi-million-dollar results, including verdicts and settlements exceeding $5 million, and we pride ourselves on aggressive advocacy combined with exceptional client service.
When you join our team, you'll work alongside experienced trial lawyers who are passionate about mentoring developing attorneys and giving them meaningful responsibility. We are not a settlement mill. We prepare cases aggressively, litigate strategically, and aren't afraid to take matters to trial when necessary.
What sets us apart:
You are hungry to litigate, eager to develop as a trial lawyer, and motivated by the opportunity to advocate for people whose lives have been changed by serious injuries. If you're coming from a prosecutor's office, you'll find a natural transition into a role that values courtroom confidence, case ownership, and persuasive advocacy.
If you're looking for a firm where your work directly impacts clients' lives and where your compensation can grow alongside your success, we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
