Orion Placement is seeking a passionate plaintiff-side personal injury attorney for a fully on-site role in New York City. You will advise and advocate for clients, manage cases from intake through resolution, conduct depositions, prepare pleadings, and represent clients in negotiations and at trial.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., 3+ years of PI litigation, strong courtroom presence, excellent written and verbal communication, and the resilience to handle a demanding caseload.

• Advise and advocate for clients on a wide range of personal injury claims, including slip and fall, construction accidents, and motor vehicle collisions.
• Build and manage cases from intake through resolution — investigations, depositions, discovery, and trial.

• Draft and file complaints, motions, pleadings, and all related legal documents.
