• Partner with senior litigators to advance personal injury matters from intake through resolution or verdict
• Take ownership of day-to-day case progression, ensuring deadlines, filings, and strategic next steps stay on track
• Draft pleadings, motion papers, discovery materials, and deposition and trial preparation documents
• Perform targeted legal research to support case strategy and courtroom appearances
