We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our established legal team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience handling personal injury cases, a strong litigation background, and a commitment to client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess case value
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable outcomes
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage caseload efficiently
• Stay current with New York personal injury laws and court procedures
