About the Role:

Our client is seeking Associate Attorneys across all its major practice groups. These roles are open to attorneys at all levels of experience who are eager to work alongside industry-leading practitioners on complex, high-stakes matters. You’ll have access to sophisticated clients, challenging work, and a collaborative team environment that champions your professional development.

Office Locations (Hybrid Schedule):

• Houston
• New York
• Orange County
• Washington, D.C.

What You’ll Do:

• Work within a premier practice group aligned with your expertise (e.g., Litigation, Corporate, IP, Finance, Tax, etc.)
• Handle sophisticated legal matters for major domestic and international clients
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners across practice areas
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents
• Participate in client meetings, business development, and thought leadership initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Licensed in the state of the office you are applying to (or able to transfer admission via reciprocity)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Open to all experience levels (junior through senior associate)
