We are seeking an Associate Attorney licensed in California to become part of our litigation team. The primary area of practice is first party property insurance as well as tort litigation involving the LA wildfires. You will represent clients in court proceedings, draft pleadings, motions, defend and take depositions, and manage the written discovery process. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client coordination related to wildfire claims
• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Draft and manage expert witness disclosures
• Propound and answer written discovery
• Manage case deadlines
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a litigation law practice
