Jobot is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our Jersey City litigation team. The successful candidate will manage a busy NJ auto liability caseload, collaborate with senior trial attorneys, and advance matters from inception through resolution.

With 5+ years of insurance defense experience and a strong courtroom presence, you will draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and participate in hearings and trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.

• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys.
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial proceedings.

Our North Jersey office is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team.

This position is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of insurance defense experience who has developed a strong background handling New Jersey automobile liability matters. The successful candidate will manage an active litigation caseload while working closely with experienced trial attorneys on complex and challenging matters.
