Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Colorado seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience to build a long-term legal career. The role focuses on probate, elder law, estate administration, fiduciary matters and related disputes.

You will work on probate and estate administration proceedings, guardianship matters and court hearings, while engaging with clients, fiduciaries, beneficiaries and other professionals to advance cases and settlements.

Qualifications

THE OPPORTUNITY

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of meaningful litigation experience and a strong interest in developing or expanding experience in probate, elder law, estate administration, and related disputes. The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including:

• Probate and estate administration proceedings, including litigation.
• Guardianship and conservatorship matters
• Court appearances and hearings, including mediation and settlement negotiations
• Working directly with clients, opposing counsel, fiduciaries, personal representatives, beneficiaries, experts, and other professionals
