Associate Attorney (Probate, Elder Law & Litigation)

I’m currently representing an established, mid-sized Colorado law firm looking to add an Associate Attorney to its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience who wants to broaden their practice and build a long‑term career within a supportive, family‑friendly firm.

The successful attorney will gain exposure across probate, estate administration, elder law, fiduciary matters, guardianships, conservatorships and trust and estate disputes, while maintaining a strong litigation focus.

You’ll handle a varied caseload including:

• Probate and estate administration proceedings and related litigation
• Guardianship and conservatorship matters
• Court appearances, hearings and mediations
• Direct interaction with clients, opposing counsel, fiduciaries, beneficiaries and experts
