The Gasper Law Group PLLC in Colorado Springs seeks an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in Colorado to join our Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Division. The role handles a diverse range of probate and estate planning matters and offers opportunities to develop expertise in probate, elder law, and related litigation.

A training period is anticipated with support provided; candidates should be able to independently manage cases from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be licensed in Colorado or imminently awaiting bar admission.
• Annual minimum billable requirement is 1500 hours; bonus eligibility at 1600 hours.
• Bi-lingual Attorneys are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload in probate, estate planning, and related elder law matters.
• Handle Probate Litigation, Asset Protection, Conservatorship, and Guardianship as assigned.
• Participate in training period with support, then independently manage cases from start to finish.
• Assist with client meetings; bonus incentives are paid for successful hires.

is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado to join our Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Division. Our attorneys handle a diverse range of matters, with the opportunity to develop expertise in probate, elder law, and related litigation.

Responsibilities

Associate attorneys in the Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Division are responsible for an assigned caseload of all types of probate and estate planning matters including, but not limited to, Probate Litigation, Asset Protection, Conservatorship, Guardianship, and Elder Law.

A period of training is anticipated, and support is provided, however, the expectation is that associate attorneys will independently manage their cases from the initial hire through the conclusion.

Attorneys are not expected to market to clients; however, all attorneys share in the responsibility of meeting with prospective clients. Bonus incentives are paid for successful hires.

Requirements

Compensation is based on experience, however, candidates with no prior practice experience will be considered. Priority is given to attorneys with prior relevant experience, prior litigation experience and to bi-lingual attorneys.

Candidates must be either currently licensed in Colorado or imminently awaiting bar admission.

Annual minimum billable requirement is 1500, annual bonus eligibility is 1600 hours.
