Litigation Associate Attorney
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its established and growing litigation practice in Denver. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of experience in business and real estate litigation who is looking for significant responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and a clear path for professional growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced litigators on complex matters in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings. The firm offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment where attorneys are encouraged to take on substantive case responsibilities and develop their advocacy skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in business, commercial, real estate, or related litigation and be licensed to practice in Colorado, or eligible for admission. Experience handling matters in state and federal court is preferred.
Candidates should possess strong written and oral advocacy skills, excellent research and analytical abilities, and a desire to take on substantive responsibilities, including hearings, depositions, and trial preparation. Our client offers a competitive base salary of $185,000 to $205,000, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonus eligibility. This position is primarily office-based, with potential hybrid flexibility following onboarding.
