Job summary

The Agency in California seeks a Litigation Attorney with strong civil litigation experience and meaningful trial exposure to join its growing team. You will handle matters through all stages, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and develop case strategy for diverse construction, surety, commercial, and business matters.

The ideal candidate will manage cases independently yet collaborate with a team, delivering high-quality advocacy and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• California Bar admission in good standing.
• Trial exposure strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in construction, surety, commercial, or business litigation is a plus.
