Job summary

W3Global seeks a motivated Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of litigation experience, strong drafting and editing skills for pleadings, briefs, and discovery, and hands-on deposition experience.

Responsibilities include conducting legal research, advising on case strategy, managing case files, and collaborating with partners to prepare for hearings and trials. California Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience drafting and editing pleadings, briefs, and written discovery, as well as preparing for and conducting depositions. Trial preparation experience is a plus.
