You will handle matters through all stages, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and develop case strategy for diverse construction, surety, commercial, and business matters.

Qualifications

• California Bar admission in good standing.
• Trial exposure strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in construction, surety, commercial, or business litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters through all stages of litigation, from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
