You will handle diverse civil litigation matters, draft pleadings and discovery, conduct legal research, manage discovery and depositions, represent clients at hearings, and work closely with partners and support staff to deliver high‑quality client service.

Qualifications

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience; experience with both plaintiff and defense matters is preferred.
• Background in business litigation, real estate disputes, or related transactional work is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience drafting substantive legal documents and managing litigation matters independently.
