Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking an Associate Attorney for a Boston law firm with at least 2 years of collections experience to join its litigation team. This role offers substantial responsibility, client contact, and the opportunity to independently manage matters.

Candidates must be admitted in MA (or NE/NY as a plus), have strong legal writing and organization, and be capable of handling post-judgment enforcement including liens and attachments.

An established Boston-based law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of collections experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on substantial responsibility, manage matters independently, and develop meaningful client relationships!
Candidates with collections experience across any industry or client base are encouraged to apply. Prior experience with post-judgment enforcement, including liens and attachments, is a huge plus, along with experience involving employee-benefit funds, labor unions, or ERISA. Attorneys are given substantial responsibility and independence, with opportunities to work directly with clients and take ownership of their matters.
