The Associate role is an onsite client-facing position that leads discrete workstreams supporting process improvement, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of consulting, business transformation, or related experience.
• Ability to work on-site as requested.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Travel up to 80%.
• Ability to work non-standard hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned workstreams and deliver high-quality client outcomes with limited oversight.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and working sessions to understand objectives.
• Analyze processes, operating models, and data to identify improvements and design future-state solutions.
• Prepare executive-ready deliverables, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Coordinate across client stakeholders and engagement leadership.
• Support governance, change management, and adoption activities.
