Job summary

Point B seeks an Associate to lead onsite client-facing workstreams supporting process improvement, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. You will analyze business processes, design future-state solutions, and collaborate with business and technical teams to improve performance.

You will prepare executive-ready deliverables, roadmaps, and presentations, while mentoring Analysts and coordinating across engagement teams. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
2+ years of consulting, business transformation, operations or automation experience.
On-site work may be required; ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

Lead discrete workstreams and deliver high-quality client outcomes with limited oversight.
Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and sessions to understand objectives.
Analyze processes, operating models, data, and technologies to identify improvements.
Develop future-state designs, roadmaps, and executive-ready deliverables.
Coordinate across stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership; support adoption.
