Job summary

Point B is a business innovation firm helping clients transform and stay ahead through technology and strategy. The Associate role is an onsite client-facing position leading small projects or a workstream, planning and managing work, and engaging with teams to meet goals.

The role requires a BA/BS and 2 years of relevant experience, with on-site work and travel up to 80%. MBA is a plus; familiarity with Agile, SDLC and Waterfall helps in delivering client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site as requested and remotely.
• Travel up to 80%.
• Ability to work non-standard hours as necessary.
• MBA desired (qualifying).

Responsibilities

• Works on client-facing or internal projects under supervision of engagement leaders.
• Supports engagement teams and clients across the engagement lifecycle.
• Develops client-facing solutions or internal processes and capabilities.
• Plans, designs, and implements project/workstream plans with minimal oversight.
• Develops project management artifacts like schedules, diagrams and logs.
• Conducts data analysis to support project findings.
• Develops deliverables and documentation aligned to business objectives.
• Plans and facilitates effective meetings, driving to resolution.
• Collaborates with business leaders, project and technical teams.
• Communicates clearly to peers and client stakeholders.
• Engages in business development by understanding client needs and capabilities.
