Qualifications

• One (1) year of relevant and/or related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Service delinquent or bankrupt customer accounts to protect financial exposure and minimize bad debt expense.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve account issues.
• Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to escalated inquiries and document conversations in company systems.
• Perform account updates, reconciliations and data integrity checks.
• Maintain accurate records in financial systems and databases.
• Assist in onboarding new clients/accounts and maintaining SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.
