Job summary

You will collaborate with FP&A and auditors, lead a small accounting team, and implement process improvements across U.S. GAAP controls while maintaining strong internal controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience including GL and close.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Proficient in ERP systems (FCF), Excel, and Workiva.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes on deadlines.
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments to GL.
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Ensure U.S. GAAP, SOX, and internal controls compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other departments to analyze variances.
• Mentor and develop accounting team; drive process improvements.
