FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a Finance/Account Operations professional to support delinquent accounts, analyze financial data, and ensure accurate processing across client portfolios.
The role requires 1 year of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business. Onboarding new clients and maintaining SLAs are key duties, with regular collaboration across departments to protect receivables.
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
Support account operations, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accuracy across client portfolios. Service delinquent credit accounts to protect receivables and minimize bad debt expense. Provides advanced support to internal and external stakeholders by managing account activities, resolving escalated inquiries and ensuring accurate and timely data processing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, sales or business
