Job summary

Incident IQ is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Atlanta to support customer growth within an assigned portfolio. You will build relationships, uncover upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive expansion and retention.

The role emphasizes organizational skills, proactive communication, and a coachable, customer‑facing mindset. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will prepare meetings, track activities, and maintain accurate Salesforce

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Up to two years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, or another customer‑facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers within an assigned account portfolio.
Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with coaching and support from sales leadership.
Work toward assigned customer‑expansion and recurring‑revenue targets.
Prepare for customer meetings and outreach with materials.
Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, Product and other teams to support expansion, satisfaction, and retention.
Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and activity information in Salesforce.
Track pipeline progression and sales results.
