Job summary

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least one internship in landscape industry or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of machinery and trucks used in delivering services.
• Ability to design small landscape projects.
• Basic computer operation and quick learning of Aspire.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record in last 3 years.
• Ability to pass required Department of Transportation physical.
• Ability to perform manual labor and supervise workers.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform property maintenance with crews to meet schedule.
• Lead crew, enforce safety and transport crew/equipment to sites.
• Communicate with Account Manager to ensure client needs are met.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Undertake physically demanding landscaping tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Participate in Associate Account Manager Training Program for accelerated development.
• Attend Account Management Training class within first 7 months in Birmingham, AL.
• Promote company values and participate in weekly branch meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by branch leadership.
