Job summary

Idea Nuova is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to own the marketplace growth plan across Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus and new channels for our licensed home goods. You will lead a lean team, manage the P&L, and build the strategy, playbook and org to scale performance with high ROI advertising and aggressive assortment expansion.

In this executive role, you’ll drive multi-marketplace expansion, optimize ad spend, and ensure inventory health while collaborating with production and planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ecommerce with marketplace leadership.
• Experience across Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus or similar marketplaces.
• Proven ability to own seven-figure ad budgets and drive ROI.
• Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic growth plan across multiple marketplaces.
• Manage the full ecommerce P&L and budget.
• Lead advertising strategy and ROAS targets by category.
• Drive product and assortment expansion across licenses.
• Build an efficient, scalable team and playbook.
