Job summary

Radley Staffing specializes in construction staffing and is hiring an Associate Account Executive to support our construction clients and field employees. This is a highly active, relationship-driven role combining client service, staffing, recruiting, and field operations.

The successful candidate will visit jobsites, build relationships with client leadership, and help ensure our field workforce performs at the highest level. This is not a traditional desk recruiting position.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Outgoing, personable and a team player.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams.
• Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients’ location sites.
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Managing the onboarding process of new employees.
• Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates.
• Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees.
• Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients’
• Build upon and maintain client relationships.
• Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings.
• Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions.
• Communicate expectations between all stakeholders.

Overview:

Radley Staffing specializes in construction staffing, and we are hiring an Associate Account Executive to support our construction clients and field employees. This is a highly active, relationship-driven position that combines client service, staffing, recruiting, employee relations, and field operations. The successful candidate will spend significant time visiting construction jobsites, building relationships with client leadership, and supporting the performance and success of our field workforce.

The position with Radley is not a traditional desk recruiting role. Our AEs are the face of our company on our clients’ construction projects and are responsible for building relationships with project leadership, supporting our field employees, helping solve problems, and making sure we’re delivering the level of service our clients expect.
