Radley Staffing, LLC is seeking an Account Manager in Texas to support construction clients and field employees. The role blends client services, staffing, recruiting, and field operations, including frequent site visits and relationship-building with project leadership.

The AE role emphasizes face-to-face client interaction, problem solving, and delivering high levels of service on site.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Outgoing, personable, and a team player.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams.
• Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients’ location sites.
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Managing the onboarding process of new employees.
• Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates.
• Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees.
• Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients’
• Build upon and maintain client relationships.
• Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings.
• Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions.
• Communicate expectations between all stakeholders.
