Job summary

Radley Staffing, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to support our construction clients and field employees. This is a highly active, relationship-driven role that blends client service, staffing, recruiting, employee relations, and field operations.

You will spend substantial time visiting job sites, building relationships with client leadership, and supporting our field workforce's performance. The position with Radley Staffing is not a traditional desk recruiting role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be outgoing, personable and a team player.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams.
• Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients’ location sites.
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Managing the onboarding process of new employees.
• Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates.
• Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees.
• Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients’
• Build upon and maintain client relationships.
• Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings.
• Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions.
• Communicate expectations between all stakeholders.
