Job summary

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC is seeking a corporate attorney with 4+ years of experience for our Corporate Practice Group in Roseland, NJ. The role is hybrid, based in the firm's New Jersey office.

You will manage and lead M&A, joint ventures, and equity/debt financing transactions and draft and negotiate merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, and complex operating/sharerholder agreements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate transactional practice.
• Experience leading M&A, JV, and financing transactions.
• Excellent client skills; NJ or NY bar admission required.

_ CSG Law is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience for our Corporate Practice Group.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses advanced transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A, joint venture (including real estate JVs), and equity and debt financing transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents, including merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, complex operating and shareholder agreements, and various commercial agreements.

Excellent client skills, and admission to the NJ bar or NY bar are required.

This position is hybrid from the firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone hired for this position is $190,000 – $220,000.
