Job summary

CSG Law in Roseland, NJ is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience for our Corporate Practice Group. The role emphasizes advanced transactional work, including leading M&A, joint ventures, and equity and debt financing transactions.

CSG Law is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience for our Corporate Practice Group.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses advanced transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A, joint venture (including real estate JVs), and equity and debt financing transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents, including merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, complex operating and shareholder agreements, and various commercial agreements. Excellent client skills, and admission to the NJ bar or NY bar are required.

This position is hybrid from the firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office.

The anticipated initial annual base salary range for someone hired for this position is $190,000 – $220,000. In addition to base salary, all attorneys are eligible for a billable hours bonus, a discretionary bonus, and an origination bonus.

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held.
