Job summary

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of broad real estate transaction experience, including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing matters in New Jersey and New York. The ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey.

A hybrid work model is available. The base salary range is $180,000-$225,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and discretionary bonuses.

• Handle acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing matters for real estate clients.

Due to continued growth, Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC ("CSG Law") is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of broad real estate transaction experience, including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing matters. Understanding of joint ventures and experience negotiating joint venture agreements is a plus. Our ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey.

The expected base salary range for this position is $180,000-$225,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held. The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law's total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to)
