Understanding of joint ventures and experience negotiating joint venture agreements is a plus. Our ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey.
The expected base salary range for this position is $180,000-$225,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held.
