EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director - Talent, Operations & Finance to shape messaging that informs and engages leaders and employees across the practice.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will translate strategic priorities into clear communications, develop supporting materials, and ensure coherence across Consulting and Brand, Marketing & Communications.

Formación

• Typically no less than 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, actionable messages.
• Strong writing, storytelling and editorial judgment with high attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Translate established priorities into clear, compelling communications for leadership and staff.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Coordinate across Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives for coherence.
• Guide leaders on messaging: audience, timing, channel and role.
• Execute plans, measure engagement and reinforce key messages across channels.
