Finance & Strategy partners with the organization, including HR, Technology, Legal, Customer and Traveller Experience, to provide accurate financial information and insights. It safeguards assets, maintains ethical financial standards, and supports leadership in decision-making.

The team handles risk management, internal audit, revenue, tax, insurance, investor relations, finance operations, financial planning and analysis, strategy and insights, procurement, and facilities management.

Position overview

Finance & Strategy seeks an Assoc Business Analyst.

Responsibilities include providing credit card reconciliation services, supporting internal and external customers, delivering reports within SLAs, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and resource use.

Position Description

1. Serve as liaison between banks/credit card vendors and CWT customers to ensure timely, accurate reconciliation information.
2. Validate transactions on clients’ credit card billing statements by reconciling data against CWT sales records.
3. Provide reporting that helps customers balance accounts, including data for expense reporting, policy compliance, and spending trends.
4. Collaborate with IT to resolve data/system issues and customize reports as needed.
5. Document standard operating procedures and client-specific instructions.
6. Act as SME for credit card reconciliation for internal and external clients.
7. Research unmatched items, communicate with branches, and work to resolve root causes.
8. Maintain unmatched items rate at 2% or less.
9. Support branch personnel with reconciliation queries and document trends for escalation.
10. Identify opportunities for productivity and cost savings.
11. Perform duties timely, in line with company policies, to meet objectives.
12. Foster positive relationships across the company to promote a harmonious work environment.
13. Report problems promptly and suggest corrective actions.
14. Perform additional duties as needed.

• 1-3 years travel industry experience
• HS Diploma
